We spoke with four people who were using the service at the time of our inspection. All four said they were very happy with the practice. One person was attending the surgery with their elderly parent. They were very complimentary about the service and said the dentist always enquired about their parent’s general health and not just whether they had any problems with their teeth. They said that information was always provided to their parent in a way that they could understand. They said their parent loved the staff and enjoyed coming to the practice.

Another person was accompanying their child, who had just seen the dentist. They said the dentist was very good with children, always explained everything and checked they were happy before starting treatments.

All four people said that they were involved in decisions about their care, given clear information about the treatment options available to them and gave consent accordingly. All treatment prices were fully explained. They said that the dentist checked their medical histories at each visit. They said they would recommend the practice to others.
