We spoke with three people who were using the service at the time of our visit. All were complimentary about the quality of service provided at the practice. People told us they were informed about their treatment and had been involved in making decisions about their care. People told us they were always informed about the possible options and costs, before embarking on a course of treatment. They said they could ask questions and staff would listen to their views. People said receptionists, dental nurses and the dentists were welcoming and friendly.

One person commented "I used to be extremely nervous and couldn’t sleep before an appointment but I’m much better now. The staff try to make me relax. They always explain things." Another person who was using the service said "The dentists are technically very up to date and professional. They are always friendly."

People's medical and dental health needs were accurately documented and updated at each visit. We saw the practice was clean and hygienic and the staff followed appropriate infection control procedures to keep people free from harm. Staff told us they felt well supported by management and were offered appropriate training at regular intervals.
