30th May 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with four people during our visit. They were all satisfied with the service they had received. One said, “I thought it was excellent”. Another told us, “She (the dentist) seems very confident and thorough”.

We spoke with the manager and five members of staff. They told us that it was a good place to work. One said, “We’re a good team, it runs well”. Another told us, “We have a good relationship with our patients”.

We found that the practice was busy and efficient. We observed staff interacting with people in a kind and cheerful manner. The practice was located on the ground floor and had an accessible toilet.
