People told us that they felt comfortable with the service provided. They felt their dignity was maintained and their privacy protected. They told us that they had been provided with good information both about the treatments and the cost of the different treatments. They said that staff were pleasant and reassuring and made them feel at ease. One person told us that he had used other dentists before who had never given details of treatment options. He said that Mr Leyland and staff had provided options to enable choices to be made about treatment and costs. Another person told us that they had been told by a different dentist that they needed extractions and other work to be carried out. However, when they visited Mr Leyland for a second opinion he gave clear information about the treatment that was necessary, this did not include any extractions. This person told us that they had continued to use Mr Leyland’s practice ever since as they found him to be "honest and honourable."
