20th November 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with three people who used the practice. They made positive comments about the service; one person described the practice as "wonderful” and another described it as “superb”. People also told us how they had their dental treatment explained to them with one person commenting that the dentist “explains everything”. There were arrangements in place to protect children and vulnerable adults from the risk of abuse. Everyone we spoke to said that the practice environment was clean when they visited. One person described it as “spotless”. We found that there were effective procedures in place for the decontamination of dental instruments. We also found that quality monitoring systems were in place that included seeking the views of people using the service.
