27th July 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

People who used the service told us they understood the care and treatment choices available to them, and that they were involved in making decisions about their care and treatment. The people we spoke with were well informed about the treatment they were receiving and told us that the doctors and nurses always had time to answers any questions they had.

Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that ensured people's safety and welfare. Comments included “We are treated like royalty here” and “Marvellous, they’re lovely staff, I’m reluctant to go home it’s so lovely”.
