People told us they had the opportunity to look round the practice before they signed up for treatment and were given a leaflet about the services on offer. One person said, “I’ve been coming here for quite a long time and its changed hands in the past. But now it’s the best it is ever been and I’m very happy to come here.”

People said they were pleased with the care and treatment they received. One person told us, “I had a check-up last week and needed treatment. That’s why I’m here today. The dentist explained what needed doing and gave me the options and the time to decide what I wanted.”

People told us the surgery was always clean and tidy and staff wore protective clothing. One person said, “I can’t fault the cleanliness here – everywhere is immaculate, even the waiting area.” Another commented, “They give me glasses to wear when I’m having treatment to protect my eyes.”

People said they liked all the staff who worked at the practice. One person told us, “I trust the staff here – they are open, friendly and professional and I know the dentist wouldn’t give me any treatment I didn’t need.” Another person commented, “All the staff are reassuring and the dentist is great. I was worried today so she calmed me down. She was lovely and didn’t rush me.”
