7th February 2013 - During a routine inspection

During the inspection we spoke with two people using the service and all three members of staff. People told us that they were treated with respect and consideration.

People said that the dentist explained what treatment was required and the cost of the treatment before any work was carried out.

Effective systems were in place to manage infection control and prevention were in place.

People told us they would be confident to raise any concerns if they had them with the dentist. Comments we received included “Mr Patel is absolutely wonderful, he is always up front and clear, I trust him” and “Mr Patel is very good at explaining treatments, I have no complaints”.
