During this review we visited Victoria House Orthodontics practice and spoke with six patients.

Patients spoken with during our visit spoke very highly of the dental team and confirmed staff were professional, considerate and attentive to their needs.

Comments received from patients included: “I’ve nearly finished my treatment. I would recommend coming here. I’m happy with the results” and “I’ve always been treated well and put at ease.”

Patients told us that the standard of care and treatment received was good. They told us that they had experienced no problems and were happy with their treatment plans and outcomes.

One patient reported: “The orthodontist I see is really good and my teeth are much better for coming here.” Likewise, a relative reported “The staff are pleasant and informative.”

Patients spoken with reported that they had no complaints or concerns about the service and systems were in place to safeguard the welfare people using the service.
