23rd February 2012 - During a routine inspection

People told us they were happy with the service they received and that they felt they were treated with respect. People said that the approach of the staff was good and the surgeries were always clean.

People said that the dentist takes time to explain their treatment plans to them, and they felt able to clarify with them any queries they may have. People said they were informed of the costs involved in their treatment.
