5th February 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with a patient who used the service. They said to us, "I have been coming here for years, I am very happy with the way I'm treated, they always go over my medical history with me and explain my treatment choices so I can make my own mind up."

Patients were able to get appointments quickly and at the time that suited them. One patient we spoke with commented "I have no problems in getting appointments they are really good." They knew who to contact in an emergency or out of hours.

We found the practice to be compliant with the regulations we inspected against.
