5th February 2013 - During a routine inspection

One patient who used the service commented, "I am very happy with the service, they are very good, they always talk over anything that may need to be done."

Another patient we spoke with commented, " They are very good, they always involve me in the treatment plans."

The patients who used the service told us they were satisfied with the quality of service they received. One patient we spoke with commented "I can always get an appointment when I need it, even in an emergency." They knew who to contact in an emergency or out of hours.

Another patient who used the service told us " I have been coming here for over 10 years they are very, very good."Patients said they were asked about their medical history and about any dental problems.

We found the practice to be compliant with the regulations we inspected against.
