14th May 2013 - During a routine inspection
We were unable to speak with people receiving treatment as on the day of our inspection the service did not have any appointments. However, we saw feedback from people who had been asked their opinion of the care and service they had received. We saw that all the feedback was positive and many had said they would recommend the service to others. We found that procedures had been explained and people had given their consent to treatment. We saw that the premises were well maintained and infection control procedures were in place.
20th February 2013 - During a routine inspection
We spoke with one person who used the service and looked at the feedback from 20 others. The people who used the service said they were happy with the service, as the appointments suited them and the environment was nice. People also said they found the staff friendly and helpful. We found that people had been given information about their treatment and the provider had provided their service in a clean environment.
