Background
Brief overview: The practice provides routine and complex dental care under mainly private contract and NHS regulations. The practice has surgeries on all floors of a converted domestic property. Established over 90 years ago, they are situated in residential Redland Road, Bristol with metered roadside parking. The practice had been refurbished during the last five years and all treatment rooms have modern facilities in line with the practice’s ‘Quality Care Initiative’. There are nine treatment rooms, over three floors.
The practice premises are accessible to wheelchair users on the basement level.
Patients are registered with one of eight dentists (male and female) and will see the same dentist on each visit, except in emergency or in the case of referral. NHS treatment is available for children and all 18 year olds who were in full-time education. NHS patients are also seen for those under twenty five and with an HC2 certificate (those people eligible to receive financial help with health costs).
All fillings were covered by a two year free replacement warranty with five year warranties available for crowns and bridges.
