22nd January 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with two patients who had appointments on the day of our visit. Both told us they were happy with the service provided. Patients had been able to express their views and were involved in decisions about their care and treatment. The risks and benefits of treatment and tests had been fully explained to them. They felt safe in the service and confident in the staff treating them.

Staff were suitably qualified and received appropriate training to enable them to provide the care and treatment that patients needed. They demonstrated the knowledge and skills needed to protect patients from possible abuse. The provider monitored the service to make sure that an appropriate standard of care and treatment was provided.
