20th February 2013 - During a routine inspection

We found that this practice put patients at the centre of their care delivery. Patient’s experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights.

The care and communication was very good.

Patient’s told us "It is clean, I have confidence, the hygienist was lovely and the treatment was great". Another person told us "They are friendly and accommodating; he is very careful and is very good with the children".

There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection.

There was a commitment to ongoing training that ensured standards would continue to improve.

Records were kept securely and could be located promptly when needed.
