13th July 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with people who use the service and reviewed feedback questionnaires that had been completed in the last month. Overall people were very happy with the treatment received. One person told us that they had been very nervous, but the consultant had reassured them. They described the staff as "excellent" and felt that the consultant understood their concerns. People who use the service would recommend the clinic to family and friends.
