24th November 2011 - During a routine inspection
People that used the clinic told us that they were happy with the service provided. They felt they were given enough information about their treatment options and the relevant fees. People told us that they were given sufficient time to ask questions. People found the staff to be friendly and reported that they were treated with respect with their privacy maintained. They said that the clinic was clean.
