23rd January 2012 - During a routine inspection

During our review we spoke with five people who used the service. They had all been attending The Dental Surgery for several years and were happy with the treatment they received. They told us the dentist and dental nurse were very friendly and there was a relaxed atmosphere in the surgery. One person said they were “Treated as a friend, my needs always come first”. Another told us that the dentist was always “Very understanding and patient”. All those we spoke with said they had no concerns and felt that the surgery was well run.
