7th May 2013 - During a routine inspection

The surgery provided a welcome pack to all new or prospective patients. They had a welcome leaflet with details about the practice. It contained separate leaflets detailing all treatment they carried out which included root canal therapy, tooth whitening, gum therapy and veneers. A price list for treatment was also included.

We spoke with one person on the day of the visit. They told us that they "can find no fault with the dentist". They said their treatment was always fully discussed and options outlined.
