10th January 2012 - During a routine inspection

People we spoke with were very satisfied with the service at Oasis Dental Care Central - Thayer Street. They told us that they had had more than enough information about their treatment and the fees. They felt that they could always ask more questions if they needed to.

People told us that they had been treated with dignity and respect and their views were taken into account during consultation and treatment. They could also raise a concern if they had one.
