6th February 2012 - During a routine inspection

We were not able to speak directly with people during our visit. However during our visit on 10 February, however during our visit we spoke to staff and reviewed documents that identified people would experience positive outcomes in terms of being consulted with, provided information about their care, treatment and support as well as receiving their treatment by staff who were well trained, supported and supervised.
