14th January 2013 - During a routine inspection
We spoke to three people who use the service who were positive about the attitude, care and treatment that they received from the practice team. One person summed it up by saying, “I’m quite a nervous patient, but I’m ok coming here”. People told us that their treatment was explained to them prior to any work starting. One person told us, “he’s got a very big hand mirror and he shows what tooth needs the work”. People told us that they were given information about the cost of treatment prior to work starting. People told us their privacy was respected and the practice was always clean and comfortable.
