9th November 2012 - During a routine inspection
We spoke with four people who had received consultation and treatment at the clinic. Without exception they all told us that they thought the clinic was efficient, professional, staff members were polite and courteous and they felt the quality of care was good. One person said that some time keeping could improve but felt they had been well treated, felt well informed about their treatment and considered them selves to be in “safe hands”. Other comments from people included “Brilliant, superb charming people and I felt very well looked after”. We found that the clinic was clean, hygienic and welcoming.
11th October 2011 - During a routine inspection
We spoke to a number of people who had been using the services of the clinic for varying periods of time from a few months to several years. Without exception, all comments were very favourable, both in relation to staff and the service provided. People have found the caring and informative nature of the staff to be positive, with information provided in a way that was easy to understand. The efficiency of the service was commented upon, in particular positive statements made regarding the rapid response to questions raised, appointment scheduling, test results and other treatment arrangements. We were told that the environment was suitably inviting, clean and calm and that staff quickly became familiar with names, ensuring a personalised service. People said they were given choices, for example, whether to have sedative medication prior to a procedure or not. People said they were kept informed of their progress, including the provision of detailed letters summarising their care and treatment.
