16th January 2013 - During a routine inspection

Patients were given information about the treatment options, including the costs. This meant they could make an informed decision abut their preferred choice of treatment.

Effective infection control and decontamination practices meant that people were protected from the risks of cross infection.

Staff were supported to attend training to ensure they had the relevant skills and knowledge.

There was an effective complaints process. Patients knew how to make a complaint and were confident that any complaints made would be responded to appropriately.
