17th April 2012 - During a routine inspection

We carried out this inspection as part of a scheduled planned review and to ensure that the practice was caring for people and meeting the essential standards.

People who use the practice told us that they were pleased with the service they received. They spoke to us about the friendliness and helpfulness of staff and how the treatment met their needs. People told us that they are treated well, feel involved in the care they receive, and contribute to the decisions made about their treatment.
