27th June 2014 - During an inspection to make sure that the improvements required had been made

When we inspected this dental practice in August 2013, we found some concerns in relation to cleanliness and infection control.

Following our inspection the provider sent us an Action Plan, in which they identified the action they had taken to address the concerns.

When we revisited the practice in June 2014 we found that the provider had made changes to the layout of the premises and appropriate improvements and changes to the cleaning schedules and processes had been implemented.

8th August 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with one person who used the service and they told us that they were extremely happy with the service provided by the dentist. They explained that they had used the dentist for a long time and had always been happy with the treatment provided and was confident that the dentist had their best interests at heart. We found some concerns in relation to infection control at the practice.
