23rd October 2013 - During a routine inspection
People who used the service understood the care and treatment choices available to them. People we spoke with told us “I am undergoing on-going treatment at the moment and was provided with options to choose from”. Springhill house dental surgery had one dentist, one hygienist, two dental nurses and reception staff. The registered manager was available throughout the inspection. We spoke with six people when we visited. They each told us that they had been visiting the practice for many years and were satisfied with the dentist and the treatment they received. People that we spoke with said that they had no concerns about the cleanliness of the waiting rooms or the dentist’s surgery.
