![]() We found that South Brent Health Centre was well organised and well led. Staff members we spoke with told us they all worked well as a team, and received good training and support. We saw that there were regular audits of practice and that staff were committed to making continuous improvements to the services they provided. We saw surgeries and clinics were run effectively and patient's confidentiality was respected. We saw that staff understood the actions to take to protect patients from abuse. Patients we spoke with or who sent us emails about the practice were complimentary about the care and services they received. They expressed confidence in the doctors and nursing staff, felt involved with their care and we saw that they could influence changes at the practice. People told us "I think we are very lucky to have this practice in the village" and The Practice has always been run in a professional but friendly manner, I feel privileged to be a patient, All staff are ready to listen and more importantly take action when necessary. The phrase that you are greeted with by Clinical staff of " what can I do for you / help you with" is exactly what their philosophy seems to be. Why would anyone want to be registered anywhere else?”
