13th January 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with three people using the service. They were all satisfied with the service. One commented: “It’s brilliant. They always make you feel comfortable and confident.” When we asked about waiting times, one person said it was: “Very efficient.”

All three people thought the premises were clean and they told us that dentists wore gloves and face masks to avoid spreading infections.
