8th January 2014 - During a routine inspection

We spoke to two patients. They both stated that they were satisfied with and appreciated the care and kindness shown by the staff at the practice.

One patient told us, "I am very happy with the service. The premises are very clean, the receptionist is very kind, the dentist always explains what he is doing and the costs are fully explained."

Another patient told us, "The dentist is really good, the practice was recommended to me and I haven't been disappointed at all."

We found Smile Zone - Coleman Road to be compliant with all the regulations we inspected against.
