11th September 2012 - During a routine inspection

We were not able to speak to people using the service because there were none present when we visited the service. However, feedback from people who used the service collected by the provider showed that most people were very satisfied with the service they received. Staff providing laser treatment had undertaken training that enabled them to provide treatment safely. The provider had effective systems in place to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people received.
