Patients who used the dental practice told us that they were pleased with the quality of the service provided. They told us that they were treated with respect and were listened to by the dentist who explained everything to them clearly. One patient said "they explained everything, discussed what was wrong and how it could be resolved. They showed me everything on the computer." Another said "they explain the treatment and the costs."

Patients told us that they received good care and treatment. One patient said " he is absolutely respected and is very up to speed on everything. He is very calm and friendly and explains everything to us. We would always recommend him to our family and friends."

Staff received the training and support they needed to provide a safe and appropriate service that met people's care and welfare needs. They were aware of their responsibility with regard to safeguarding any children or vulnerable adults who used the service.

We found that patients were treated in a safe, clean and hygienic environment and that suitable arrangements were in place for cleaning and sterilising dental equipment. Patients told us that they were happy with the cleanliness of the practice. One patient said "oh yes it is always clean and sparkling."
