During our visit we spoke with two people who used the service and three members of staff. People told us they were given clear and understandable explanations regarding their treatment options and associated costs. One person said "The dentist takes time to explain treatment choices and how much they will cost". In the event of a medical emergency we saw that the practice an emergency medication kit and equipment in place.

We observed that the practice had policies and procedures in place covering all aspects of infection prevention and control and that this was evidenced in practice. We saw and people confirmed there were enough qualified, skilled and experienced staff to meet people’s needs. One person commented "The dentist is very efficient and competent I have received excellent treatment and care". Records showed that the practice carried out regular audits including infection control and conducted patient satisfaction feedback surveys.
