31st January 2013 - During a routine inspection

During our visit we spoke with four patients who were complimentary about the practice. They felt that they were treated with respect and dignity. They told us that it was easy to make appointments. We were told that they were informed about the choices, costs, alternatives and possible outcomes of their treatment. One patient told us "We are very happy - they are all lovely". Another said "They are friendly staff". Overall they felt they were well looked after in a clean, comfortable and professional dental practice, and that the dentists listened to their concerns.

We found that the practice obtained daily patient feedback, which was analysed and discussed at the monthly practice meetings when appropriate. One comment said "Excellent service - friendly, helpful and informative". We found the practice to be clean and comfortable, with a friendly and well trained staff.
