30th October 2012 - During a routine inspection

During our inspection of this service, we were able to speak with four people who told us that they were very satisfied with the quality of services provided. Staff put them at ease, explained the care and treatment required including costs in order for each of them to make informed choices. They were treated with respect; staff were polite, professional and friendly.

Some of the things people told us were; ‘Excellent care and treatment’. ‘You see the dentist of your choice’. ‘Been coming since a child they know me well’. ‘The environment is very clean and tidy’
