26th June 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with the two people who were using the service during our visit. Both of them told us that they felt safe in the practice and were satisfied with the treatment they received. They also had praise for the staff. One person said "I am very satisfied". The other said "They are lovely staff, and they give you time".
