4th July 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with five patients, both private and NHS. We also spoke with the dentist, the practice receptionist and one of the two dental nurses who worked in the practice.

Patients told us that they felt well informed and were happy with the care and treatment provided. We found patient surveys had been undertaken with good results.

Staff demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the importance of infection prevention and control and there was regular training in place.

Staff told us that they felt well trained and supported. Regular audits of quality were

undertaken.
