24th April 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with four people who used the service, three of whom had used the service for a number of years. They all told us they were very satisfied with the care and treatment they received.

Records showed that care and treatment was planned in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare. They showed that people were given clear information on which to make decisions about their treatment.

The environment was well maintained and clean. People who used the service told us that it was always clean and fresh.

People using the service told us that staff were kind, friendly and courteous.
