29th February 2012 - During a routine inspection

People told us they were very happy with the service they received and that they felt that they were involved in their treatment. They said that they always felt welcomed by the staff and that the surgery was always kept clean.

People said they feel well looked after and that their treatment was explained to them in a way they understand. People said they felt able to ask questions about their treatment to ensure they knew what to expect.

People said that they were aware that the dentist undertook training to keep up-to-date with his practice, and they felt that he was competent and a ‘perfectionist’ in the treatment he gave.
