25th April 2013 - During a routine inspection

During our inspection, we were able to speak with four people who used the service and one visiting relative. They all told us that they had been attending the practice for over five years and were very satisfied with the quality of services provided. They told us their treatments including costs were fully explained in order for them to make informed choices.

They told us staff were always courteous and friendly, they felt at ease, confident and safe with the care and treatment provided. One person said, “Excellent service, completely happy with the dentist and staff”. Another person told us after returning to the area recently they were so pleased to be able to return to their original dentist. They told us they had always been completely satisfied and confident with their care and treatment.
