6th March 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke to one person using the service. They told us “The dentist is excellent and, staff are very friendly. My treatment and the cost of the treatment are always explained to me, there are never any surprises when I have to pay”. They told us the practice was always clean and tidy. They told us they never had to make a complaint but knew how to make a complaint if they needed.
