21st March 2013 - During a routine inspection
People told us the practice was friendly and clean. The staff told us they enjoyed working there. There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. The premises were modern and clean, working towards decontamination best practice. The practice manager was very organised and helped the staff to maintain high standards of care with customer care at its core. The provider has secured high standards of care by creating an environment where clinical excellence could do well. Staff were well trained and approachable.
