We spoke with four people who used the practice. They made positive comments about the service. One person told us they had been "very pleased" with the treatment they had received and that the practice was “absolutely excellent”. Another person told us that the treatment they had received had been "very well done”. There were arrangements in place to protect children and vulnerable adults from the risk of abuse. Everyone we spoke to said that the practice environment was clean when they visited. We found that there were effective procedures in place for the decontamination of dental instruments. We also found quality monitoring systems were in place that included seeking the views of people that used the service.

In this report the name of a registered manager appears who was not in post and not managing the regulatory activities at this location at the time of the inspection. Their name appears because they were still a registered manager on our register at the time. We have advised the provider of what they need to do to remove the individual's name from our register.
