13th June 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with four people who used the service and these are some of the things they told us:

”I am really happy to come to this dentist, they are very gentle.”

“I have been coming here for years and I am very happy with the practice.”

“The dentist always explains everything to me.”

“The staff are always very helpful.”

“The staff are very good and I have never had a problem getting an appointment, even as an emergency.”

We found the practice was friendly and the staff were helpful. The dental surgery was clean and the dental nurse was able to explain the infection control procedures.
