22nd June 2012 - During a routine inspection

People were very satisfied with the service they had received at PerioLondon. They felt that they were given enough information and time to discuss their options with their specialist periodontist. They told us that they had had more than enough information about their treatment. They felt that they could always ask more questions if they needed to. People told us that they had been treated with respect. Their views were taken into account during consultation and treatment both with the periodontists and the hygienists. They felt they could also raise a concern if they had one.
