15th January 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with two people who were registered patents at this practice and they told us they were happy with service they received. They told us treatment was explained to them including costs and associated risks. Both of the people we spoke with told us they were very pleased with the service and one person told us, "I came here because my friends recommended them." They both told us they were aware of the complaints process.

We observed the dental practice was clean and information about infection prevention and control was displayed. A dental nurse showed us the decontamination room and talked us through the procedure of cleaning and sterilising dental equipment.
