26th April 2012 - During a routine inspection

The majority of people have been using the service for a number of years and quality assurance questionnaires looked at told us they were satisfied with the service. Comments informed that staff knew their patients and treated them with dignity and respect. People wrote they would recommend the service to family and friends.
