4th April 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with one person who used the service and the mother of two young people who had undergone courses of treatment. Both people were very satisfied with the service they had received. They said that their treatment options and, where appropriate, any associated costs had been clearly explained so that they understood the anticipated length of treatment and the expected outcomes. Both people commented that staff were very friendly and helpful.

16th January 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with one person who uses the service and they told us they were very happy with the service they received. They told us the staff are very friendly and are clear in explaining the treatment options that are available. They also told us the clinic is very clean and tidy.
