22nd March 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with two parents of children who had received treatment at the service. They told us that they were happy with the treatment their child had received and that the staff were pleasant and considerate of their child’s needs. They also told us that the staff had discussed with them the information about the risks and benefits of their child’s treatment and had given them information about the length of time that their child’s treatment would take.

The parents also told us that their child had received a full examination of their teeth and that the staff had taken x-rays to make sure that their child’s treatment was appropriate to their needs and safe. The parents also told us that the service had treatment rooms that were clean, presentable and appropriate for their child to receive their treatment.
